We all get headaches from time to time when we are unwell, have a cold, stay up late for the week, or unfortunately accidentally bump our head. Most headaches are mild and do not cause any further complications, however, some can be a sign of something serious or symptoms. In general, headaches can be roughly divided into two categories: primary headaches and secondary headaches. Primary headaches are usually caused by an unhealthy lifestyle, while secondary headaches are a symptom of an underlying medical condition. Primary ones are usually not dangerous and can be relieved with lifestyle improvements. However, secondary headache is a health warning issued by our body, which should be paid more attention to. If the headache persists, it is necessary to seek professional medical help in time.

Causes of primary headaches include:

• Drinking too much alcohol, especially red wine, some people tend to take a sip before bed to improve sleep quality, however, when you drink too much, this habit can actually trigger a headache.
• Foods that contain too much nitrate, such as processed meats.
• heavy smoker. Not getting enough sleep or having a sleep disorder.
• Poor sitting or standing posture.
• Excessive exercise or poor diet.

Causes of secondary headaches include:

• Sinusitis puts pressure on your sinuses, which can then lead to headaches.
• Taking too many medicines. For quick relief from headaches, you can seek the help of pain relievers, however, taking too much of the medication may lead to a medication overuse headache.
• A spinal tap may cause spinal headaches.
• Blood vessel problems or bleeding in the brain can cause thunderclap headaches that require immediate medical attention.

Treatment for headaches will vary depending on the type and cause of the headache, and since bad habits can lead to primary headaches, adopting a healthy lifestyle can help you improve effectively. It also allows you to run specific presets based on your conditions, for example if I want to run preset 3: Day 3 – remove chemicals, load all terrain protocols, then change the specific preset # under the control tab. This is also how to restore your Terrain agreement if you accidentally break your agreement. Three Terrain Protocols:

• Terrain (R) – BY: This is the original version of Terrain Protocol, which includes all of the above programs, and most people will choose this version to start the detox.
• Terrain-Mercury (R) – BY: This preset is a variation of Terrain Protocol without the Mercury Detox frequency, which is useful for people who have amalgam fillings but do not want to experience a Mercury Detox.
• Terrain-Nonviolent (R) – BY: This version does not kill bacteria or parasites and is useful for those experiencing adverse Herx reactions due to toxin influx that kills bacteria and viruses in the system.

Each of the three Terrain protocols comes with its low-power versions, which are useful for sensitive people and pets.
