Many spiritual and metaphysical traditions suggest that the soul is an eternal, non-physical essence that exists beyond the body. Within these beliefs, the soul is often thought to interact with a form of vibrational or frequency-based energy that connects all living things. Some alternative healing practices, such as Reiki, sound therapy, and energy healing, are based on the idea that human beings possess energetic frequencies that influence physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Some people extend this concept further and propose that ghosts may be the lingering energy or consciousness of individuals who have died. According to this view, a ghost could be a residual frequency or energetic imprint that remains attached to a place, object, or event. As a result, the relationship between the soul, frequency energy, and ghosts remains a matter of philosophy, spirituality, and personal belief rather than established scientific fact.
